How to Make Changes to Your Virginia Flat Fee MLS Listing
                                      

• Step 1:  Do you have unlimited Changes or have a package that included it?  If so, proceed to Step 3; otherwise proceed to Step 2.  

• Step 2:  Pay “Change Fee” now if you do not have unlimited changes or a package that includes "Unlimited Changes".
  No changes are made without payment or unlimited changes.       

• Step 3:  Most Changes are made in your account in Step 2 – "PROPERTY DETAILS" 
  If the field you need to change is NOT in "Step 2" (like Temp Off Market or Extend Listing, MLS Renew, Add to Agent Remarks, Seller Concessions), then proceed to Step 4 below:

• Step 4:  PICK THE CORRECT MLS SYSTEM CHANGE FORM

  Step 4A. Virginia BRIGHT, CVR, WAAR, CAAR AND REIN MLS Systems "MLS CHANGE FORM" 

  Step 4B. Virginia RV, NRV, SWVAR, HRAR, LAR MLS Systems "MLS CHANGE FORM"

"MLS CHANGE FORM" is also always located below Step 6 in your account.
