Basic Changes – Edit Your Flat Fee Listing or FSBO Listing Here
(ie: Temp Off Market, Extend Listing, MLS Renew, MLS Renew with New Numbe/Reset DOM, Edit Agent Remarks, Seller Concessions)

Buyer Agent Compensation Form (If needed) – Fill in or Edit the Compensation/Commission Form for the Buyer Agent

Listing Agent Compensation Form (If you need to correct) – Fill in or Edit the Compensation/Commission Form for the Listing Agent

Under Contract / Status Changes – Log into your account and scroll down to "Under Contract" section

Withdraw My Listing – The Steps to Withdraw My Listing – Remember we are closed weekends and holidays so plan accordingly.
