• DO NOT use a Cell Phone or Tablet  to do this step.

• Do you have the Legal Description of your Property & your Annual Taxes BEFORE you start this step? Look on your tax bill or call the city/county.

• ARE YOU SIGNING FOR A CORPORATION / COMPANY / TRUST or ESTATE?, On the paperwork in the Seller field –  put the CORPORATION, ESTATE or TRUST NAME; however, when you sign the paperwork – you MUST sign with your own name and your TITLE of the Corporation, Estate or Trust

  If you have "Power of Attorney" and are signing for mom & dad that own the property, put mom & dad's name as sellers. Then sign with your name and title (example – Linda Smith, Power of Attorney)

• If you are a Contract Owner: Only REIN MLS allows this type of Listing. You will need to send proof of yoru contract with the owner.  For Owner, put the name of your company in the Seller field.  You will sign everthing with your name and title within your company (ie: Attorney inf fact etc).  REIN does NOT ALLOW WHOLESALE LISTINGS.   (The difference is a wholesale listing you are selling the contract and not the house)

  Date the paperwork for the day you want to go live but do not date it for the same day you are submitting.
  Fridays are our busiest day , so if you want to go live Friday, we must have the paperwork by Wednesday Morning. 
  If you need your listing to go live ASAP on the MLS, you can pay a rush fee to get keyed in first.  Your 2 choices are:

1. 12 Noon Cutoff Rush Fee Service: – We MUST have all your paperwork by Noon.  Can't make it by noon, then there is option #2 below.
2. 3 PM Final Cutoff Rush Fee Service: – The last cutoff is 3 pm with a Higher Rush Fee if you miss the NOON cutoff

• You will receive a copy of this Listing Agreement and Disclosures via email from Docusign when you complete it. If you don't receive a copy – check your spam. If you don't have a copy of the Docusign, then we don't have it to input on the MLS. Be sure you did hit the FINISH Button. If you do have it, save it on your computer.
• Your listing will be up and running within 1-2 Business Days.
• Please DO NOT Rush Through this!  Errors will cause delays in activting your listing and you will have to redo the paperwork.
• We will send you your listing to proof for any errors we may have made. Please proof ASAP as it is live.
