Property Estate, Corporation or Contract Owner

Be sure all Names of Owners are on the paperwork.

• If the property is an Estate: for Owner, you put "the Name of the Estate" but you sign with your name and title (ie: Trustee, Executor, etc)
• If you are a Corporation: for Owner, you put "the Name of the Corporation" but you sign with your name and title (ie: Managing Member, President, etc)
• If you are a Contract Owner:  ONLY REIN MLS allows this.  You will need to send proof of your contract with the owner.  for Owner, you put the name of your company in the Seller field.  You will sign everything with your name and title (ie: Attorney in fact, etc.) within your company.
