  CAAR MLS – Coming Soon listings in CAAR do not flow to public sites. Agents will forward the listing to prospective buyers to see if they would be interested in seeing the property on the full activation date. Often sellers in Coming Soon status do not want people driving by until they’ve completed their exterior finishing touches, etc. This way only agents have access to your listing, and this gives them time to reach out to their clients to arrange appointments as soon as the listing becomes available.
