If you need to make a change in your listing that is NOT in the "STEP 2 – PROPERTY DETAILS" section in your account on our website – the you will use this form.
Do NOT make Price Changes on this form. Price changes are done in the STEP 2 – PROPERTY DETAILS section of your account.

Compensation/Commission Form
1. Need a Compensation/Commission Form for a Buyer Agent or Need to Change the Amount you originally filled in when you signed up for your MLS listing, then:
A. You need to fill out this form
B. Then you need to make the change in Step 2 – Property Details section in your account.
(BOTH MUST BE DONE IF YOU ARE CHANGING THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT).
