MLS Forms – Since the MLS requires your signatures on the paperwork, our listing documents are in .pdf format. You will download the correct MLS forms, fill them out on the computer for most MLS Systems (instructions are on the cover sheet of packet).
IMPORTANT – All red boxes on the paperwork MUST be filled in as they are required fields – if you return to us not complete, we will send it back to you to complete.
Sending the Paperwork Back to Us – Always"SAVE AS PDF" with the Green Button on the Packet so you have a copy on your computer – Then open up your e-mail account and attach the file that you "SAVED AS A PDF" and E-mail it to us.
We will e-mail you a copy of the listing with your MLS# after we list your home. You have 24 hours to proof the listing to be sure we did not make any keyiing errors. This is NOT a time to make additions to your listing.
Signs/Lockboxes may be picked up or you can pay to have the lockbox shipped to you. We do not ship signs. We do not know how long it takes to ship – that is up to the USPS.
