The Flat Fee MLS Listing is a 6-step process.  

Thanks for Placing Your Order.
This process is what saves you the 3% commission and will take 2-3 hours.

Step 1:  Set up your account – which you have already done.
Step 2:  Set up your Property Details MLS Page.
Step 3:  Upload and Arrange Your Photos  
PLEASE READ – How to Submit Photos before doing so.
Step 4:  Fill out the MLS Listing Listing Data Iniput – Do NOT Rush Through This – It MUST be 100% Accurate
Step 5:  Fill out the MLS Listing Paperwork – paperwork will be filled in on the computer (READ the instructions on the cover sheet of the packet).
Step 6:  Order Your Signs and/or Lockbox (if you ordered them) – You MUST fill out the sign/lockbox pickup request form  to receive your items.
