Safe Practices during Corona Virus

Safety First:  If seller is comfortable with people touring their home – gloves, sanitary booties, face masks and disinfecting wipes at the door are a must!
Wipe down doorknobs, fixtures, tables, light switches, etc. to ensure that high traffic areas are disinfected.  When in doubt, follow the CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe.  Limit the Number of People in your Home!

If at any point, the seller becomes uncomfortable with holding open houses, that is when the Virtual Tour, Virtual Showings and Virtual Open Houses come into play.  We will put you on Facebook live and promote your tour/open house through your MLS Listing to the public sites with your tour address or virtual open house information.
