Sterling Sign and Lockbox Drop Off Location

DIRECTIONS TO STERLING LOCATION for Sign and/or Lockbox Drop Off
Because this Drop Off location is in an Strict HOA – Appt is ALWAYS required.  
Drop Offs Must be at Scheduled Time. NEVER just drop off your items at this location or HOA will fine us and deposits will be forfeited.  Thanks for understanding.

Chris may or may not be a little late getting that evening.  He said to leave on signs and lockbox on his steps after 7:30 pm and he will grab when he returns.  It will be after HOA goes home so all is fine.

IMPORTANT – MUST READ and ABIDE BY ALL THE BELOW.

This is Chris's home and we have an arrangement with him to pick up materials left by our clients.  
Items must be dropped off on appt day and time.  Please respect this rule.  
Chris does this as a courtesy to us.  He does not take phone calls, e-mails and he does not have receipts.  

Frame Sign Return Instructions:
PLEASE REMEMBER – Never return sign without an APPT or you will forfeit ALL deposits.
Frame Sign – Frame signs do not come in a box – however it must be CLEAN before returning for a deposit refund – no dirt on legs.
 
If signs are not clean with ALL parts – you forfeit ALL your deposits.
 
Lockbox Return Instructions:
For Deposit Refund – Lockbox must be returned in a ziplock baggie (waterproof) and have your name in the baggie so Chris knows you returned it.
Place the lockbox IN BETWEEN THE STORM DOOR AND FRONT DOOR.  DO NOT PUT LOCKBOX IN THE WHITE BOX.  
PLEASE BE SURE TO CLOSE THE STORM DOOR TIGHTLY!
If the lockbox gets wet because it was not in a waterproof bag or name is not in bag- ALL deposits will be forfeited.
