Virginia Beach Sign and Lockbox Drop Off Location

Hi there – You may drop off your sign and lockbox on your scheduled date and time.
 
PLEASE REMEMBER – Never return sign without an APPT or you will forfeit ALL deposits.
Just leave sign near front porch with your name on a post-it on it.
 
Frame Sign Return Instructions: – Frame signs do not come in a box – however it must be CLEAN before returning for a deposit refund – no dirt on legs.
If signs are not cleaned with ALL parts – you forfeit ALL your deposits.
 
Lockbox Return Instructions:
For Deposit Refund – Lockbox must be returned in a ziplock baggie (waterproof) and have your name in the baggie so Pat and Phil know you returned it.
Place the lockbox on TOP of the white Milk Box.  DO NOT PUT LOCKBOX IN THE WHITE BOX.  
If the lockbox gets wet because it was not in a waterproof bag or name is not in bag- deposits will be forfeited.
 
Pat and Phil do this as a courtesy to me and my clients – they simply request you show up for your appt or you give 24 hour’s cancellation notice.  They do not want signs/lockboxes sitting on their front porch for hours. If you do not show up – you will be required to mail ALL items to Fredericksburg.  Sorry to be strict on this but last year – nearly 90% of folks did not show up the day they said they were.
