Virginia Beach Sign and Lockbox Pick Up Location

Your sign/lockbox order is ready for pick-up on your scheduled date and time.  If you need to cancel please do so no later than the night before.
 
READ ALL THE BELOW TO BE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT ITEMS

Pat and Phil hand out signs and lockboxes as a courtesy to me and my clients – they simply request you show up for your appt or you give 24 hour’s cancellation notice. 
They do not want signs/lockboxes sitting on their front porch for hours. If you do not show up – they will put the items away and there will be no refunds. 
Sorry to be strict on this but last year – nearly 90% of folks did not show up the day they said they were.
 
Sign Pick Up Instructions:  The sign will be on the front porch.
 
Frame signs – Use a board on top of sign when hammering so you do not bend the frame – do not hammer direct on sign.
 
Sign Return Instructions:  Never return sign without an APPT or you will forfeit ALL deposits.
 

    
 
Lockbox Pick Up Instructions:  There is a white old fashioned Milk Box on the front porch – inside it has BLUE Realtor lockboxes and BLACK combo lockboxes. 
Please be sure to get the right one. 
 
IMPORTANT – If there are any lockboxes outside the box – they are returns from today from clients that have sold so PLEASE DO NOT take a lockbox from on top of the box – only take one from inside the box. 

IMPORTANT info on Lockboxes – READ – Because this is For Sale By Owner and because we do not come to the home to remove the lockbox for you – we offer the below suggestion.
DO NOT PUT LOCKBOX WHERE IT WILL SIT IN PUDDLE OR GET WET.  You can push the hook of the lockbox through a bag and then put hook into lockbox so bag drapes over the box to prevent rain from hitting it direct.
We always recommend to clients to get a bike chain and lock it around a fence or rail and slide the lockbox on to that – so if there is an issue with the box (batteries die, box malfunctions or when you have sold) – you can easily get the box off the chain to return to us. 
This prevents the problem of you having to unscrew the doorknob to get the box off to return to us.  
DO NOT PUT WHERE BOX WILL GET WET or SIT IN WATER
 
If you requested a BLUE realtor lockbox, be sure to pick up the box and the black cup to put the key in that slides into the box.
IMPORTANT:
Place Key inside black cup and slide cup into box to close.
Take Hook and Put on Door Handle and then close – do not close until hook is on doorknob.
Be sure PURPLE Buttons is facing forward.
Do not close lockbox before putting key into cup and hook on door – only realtors can open it.
Please e-mail us the serial # on the side of the lockbox.
 
If you requested a BLACK combo box, the code is 2012
Open box using 2012 – push top left silver
button inside box to open hook and
put on door. (Combo cannot be changed)
