How to Do the MLS Listing Agreement.

  1. DO NOT Rush Through this! Errors will cause delays in activating your listing and you having to redo the paperwork.
  2. DO NOT DO these steps on a phone or tablet.
  3. BOTH steps 4 & 5 must be submitted on the same day to us and will take a total of 2-3 hours to do, so plan accordingly.
  4. You MUST have your legal description of property and annual taxes BEFORE you start Step 4 and 5.
  5. You will find this info on your tax bill or call the tax folks.
  6. The MLS is very strict about timelines and accurate paperwork and we cannot start your listing until all is accurate.

  7. Date the paperwork for the next day or even 2 days out.
    Remember we are closed weekends and holidays so do NOT date for a weekend or holiday.
